Yes we will have a selection of maids available on our website when your booking and their availability. If unavailable during that time and date we will get in contact with you, to see if you wish to reschedule the appointment or change the maid.

Yes, but this must be arranged in advance. The person receiving the service must be 18+ and present valid ID matching the booking name.

You'll receive an estimated arrival window and notification when your housekeeper is in route. We strive for punctuality, but traffic may cause slight delays.

WE ARE NOT an escort, stripper, or massage service and we do not sell services that are illegal. Our business is strictly entertainment and light cleaning. If any solicitation of this type of behavior occurs we will press charges and seek legal action against all involved.

Yes our services are legal and we operate professionally by having different variety of contracts in place for all parties involved prior to service (employees, company, and customers). We also conduct background checks on all of our employees and insure all licenses and permissions are in order to operate legally.

No. All physical contact is strictly prohibited. Any violations will result in service termination without a refund and legal prosecution if required.

Yes. We require a valid government-issued ID to verify that clients are 18+ and security will be checking ID prior to start of appointment. If customer refuses or is under 18 we will immediately refuse service and forbid you from booking our service again.

We accept a wide range of payment methods, including cash, major credit and debit cards, prepaid cards, and mobile wallets like Apple Pay/Google Pay/Samsung Pay.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded.

Absolutely you can, tipping is never required but always appreciated especially with the great service our employees provide.

Please secure any valuables or fragile items, since we are not responsible for any damages to said property. Ensure pets are safely contained and be sure to have all doors unlocked for security protocols.

For everyone's safety, we require that pets be secured during appointments. Please inform us about outdoor pets when booking.

Yes, all appointments and personal information is 100% confidential. We do not share your information with anyone. We also do not show up to your home in any type of Exotica Maid marked vehicle.

Yes along with the maid a security personnel will be accompanying them.

Our safety companion ensures everyone's comfort and security during appointments. They monitor compliance with our no-touch policy, maintain professional standards, make sure all rules and contracts are understood, and are trained to handle any issues that may arise. Their presence provides peace of mind for both clients and entertainers.

Prior to the maid entering the home security will do a quick visual scan of the home making sure it's safe by checking all doors are unlocked, there isn't any loose pets, undisclosed people, or hazardous areas.

Special requests (i.e. specific clothing and add ons) must be input into the special request box when booking. If we can't fulfill that request we will get in contact with you to resolve it.

We currently service in McAllen, Edinburg, Weslaco, Pharr, Alamo, Mission, Donna, Elsa, Mercedes, and Harlingen. If your area is outside of this you could contact us to see if we could accommodate.

We offer light cleaning including dusting, tidying, brooming, mopping, washing dishes, folding laundry. Deep cleaning, heavy-duty tasks, cooking, outside chores, and any tasks that put the maid in hazardous situations are not included.

We only do indoor parties/events of 5 people or less. We help you setup, putting away things, and tidy up during the event. All customers must be 18+ and identifications will be checked.

Yes! While the experience is visual and themed, our maids are trained to perform light household cleaning duties.

We offer various outfit options and accessories depending on your selected package, including our skirt crop top uniforms, lingerie, bikinis, or themed costumes, subject to law compliance.

Yes we use our own non-hazardous cleaning supplies and equipment.
